Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using directqr.in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

DirectQR provides a tool to generate static QR codes in your browser. A static QR code permanently encodes the data supplied when it is created. DirectQR does not control, host, verify, or change the destination you choose.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you encode, the destination linked by your QR code, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and the rights of others. Test QR codes before publishing or printing them. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing purposes.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Static QR codes already exported by you do not rely on DirectQR servers, but their destination can still become unavailable or change independently of DirectQR.

Intellectual property

DirectQR and its website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for, and any rights in, the data and assets you provide to generate a QR code.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirectQR disclaims warranties relating to the service, including uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free operation. DirectQR is not responsible for QR destinations, third-party services, printing errors, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Updates

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
